Colds, Sinus Infections, Allergies, Swollen Lymph Nodes.

Swollen Lymph Nodes are a sign of blocked lymph nodes.

Last week, in the middle of the night I woke up to my throat feeling as if I had a round bristle brush in it. Boy, Did that hurt!

As I got up and started the day, I felt fine. Each night my throat would hurt again, but in a different painful manor. I would wake up in the middle of the night with my lymph nodes all swollen and sore.

As a Massage Therapist and knowing how to do Manual Lymphatic Drainage, I would perform the massage on myself. I was then able to sleep for 4 hours & wake up with the sore throat. Again giving myself a Lymph Massage & able to sleep again.

Having Swollen Lymph nodes is a sign of a backed up, slow, sluggish lymph system.

This can cause one to become ill, allergies to act up and possible get a sinus infection.

If your are prone to allergies, swollen lymph nodes or sinus infections, a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage may be what you are in need of.

A quick 30 Minute Lymphatic Massage can give your Lymphatic System a Boost and help the healing process.
