Cancellation & NO Show Policy


Please arrive 5-10 Minutes early for paperwork and to keep appointments flowing on a timely manner.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to make your appointment, please give at least a 24 hour notification.
If you are unable to give an advance 24 hour notice of a cancellation, all upcoming appointments will need to be paid in full when scheduling. If your appointment is a NO SHOW or you are unable to cancel 24 hours in advance, the pre-payment will go towards the cancelled appointment and will not be refundable. If the appointment was to be paid with a gift certificate, the certificate will be used for payment).

NO SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. Once you have NO SHOW, you will be required to pay for upcoming appointments in full when scheduling. If your appointment is a NO SHOW or you are unable to cancel 24 hours in advance, the pre-payment will go towards the cancelled appointment and will not be refundable.
If the appointment was to be paid with a gift certificate, the certificate will be used for payment.
