New Cancellation PolicyAA

 

If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19-impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE 24 HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT.

This will eliminate and unnecessary trip for you and enable me to fill your appointment slot.

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified my cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all of my clients. I hope this will help alleviate any stress or hesitation you may have in scheduling an appointment.  If you need to reschedule for any reason, especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you there will be no penalties for cancellations.

 


Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to keep appointments on time and eliminate the possibility of you coming in contact with another client.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

No shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
