Types of Therapy
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (massage)
Lymph Massage has many health benefits, first and formost it helps boost your immune system.
Believe it or not, it even helps cellulite.
Neuromuscular Therapy (Deep Tissue)
The use of deep massage and compression to deactivate tender and sore areas of the muscle that
radiate pain when pressed. These are caused by weakness, and limited flexibility of a result of trauma,
poor posture and repetitive strain, and overworked muscles.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a hands-on technique that provides sustained
pressure into Myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and help restore
motion.
This is a good alternative if deep tissue massage is too painful.
Swedish Massage
A deep relaxing full-body massage which helps improve circulation, relax the
muscles, relive muscle tension, and improves sense of well-being.
Geriatric Massage
Too often we understimate the power of human touch! A smile, a kind work, a listening ear, an honest compliment, the smallest act of caring.
All have the potential to turn a life around. It is through emotional involvement, physical touch
and physical closeness that one can communicate to the acutely ill and aging nperson that they
are important as human beings.
