Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) otherwise known as Lymphatic Massage stimulates the lymphatic system, which in turn helps reduce and remove toxins and waste from the body:

  • MLD helps increase the blood flow in your body, which helps bring oxygen to that area of your body and helps restore lymph movement which in turn helps hydrate your skin.

  • The slow, gentle, rhythmic technique helps stimulate the lymphatic vessels and remove waste.

  • MLD helps reduce the fluid retention and swelling.

  • Speeds up regeneration: MLD can speed up tissue healing and regeneration processes.

  • MLD gives a boost to the body's natural detoxification process, which helps the body get rid of toxins, waste, bacteria, and excess fluid.

MLD therapists use precise hand movements to encourage lymphatic circulation.

Some say that the best time to start a lymphatic drainage flush is after a bath or shower when your body is warm. You can also try spritzing your legs with warm and cool water before stepping out of the shower to help kickstart your circulation and lymph.
