This Hand Massage is focused on people experiencing hand pain, carpal tunnel symptoms, arthritis/join inflammation, such as Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis & Psoriatic arthritis.

Massages not only feel great, but they can help reduce pain and swelling.

- It is with minimal pressure, therefore basically pain free.

-Each joint in your fingers and hands are individually massaged, using gliding, tapping, and brushing.

 Lymphatic Drainage/MLD
MLD helps improve the lymphatic flow helping restore the balance in the body by helping reduce congestion in the neck, chest, and head, helping relieve symptoms of Fibromyalgia.

MLD stimulates pain inhibitory cells, which reduce endorphins that can block pain. Endorphins are hormones that help relieve muscle tension and control pain.

MLD  helps increase lymph flow, which helps the flow of the lymphatic system. This increase in flow helps reduce swelling, muscular fatigue, weakness, and pain.
