CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

I understand that life happens, but to ensure I can accommodate all clients fairly, I kindly request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

All Appointments will be pre-paid, using Zelle, Venmo or Credit card, pre-payments are non-refundable.

All cancellations must have a 24 hour notification.

​

Pre-payments for cancellations prior to the 24 hours will go towards your next appointment.

​

Pre-payments for cancellations less than 24 will go towards the missed appointment.

​

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. The pre-payment will go towards the missed appointment.

If the appointment was to be paid with a gift certificate, the certificate will be used for payment.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive 5-10 Minutes early for paperwork and to keep appointments flowing on a timely manner.

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
